about

Formed in 2010 in Geneva (Switzerland) the Monkberry Moon Orchestra plays pop music just like it used to be back in 1969. The group of musicians (some of the band members also play in the garage band The Rebels of Tijuana) led by the charming Audrey oscillates between folk, acid rock, sweet pop and electric soul, somewhere between Jefferson Airplane, Blondie, Burt Bacharach and Belle and Sebastian.

After three acclaimed EPs, namely « Amanda and the colored feathers» (2011), « A beat for the lovers » (2012), and « The Invitation » (2013) and more than sixty concerts performed in prestigious venues (M4Music Festival, Rock The Pistes Festival, opening for Lilly Wood and The Prick...), the band releases now his first LP « Velvet Glove » in 2014. They record now a new album with the folk singer Lauren Stuart.

Trois EP , comme trois essais méticuleux et discrets : "Amanda and the colored feathers" (2011), « A beat for the lovers » (2012), The Invitation (2013).
