Formé en 2015 par Madeleine et Samuel Sandri, Simon Bradford et Jacob Atkinson, le groupe suisse DREAM PARADE (ex Venus on Fyre) sort son premier album « Sisyphus », le 31 janvier 2020 avec nos membres du Pop Club Records.

Les héros américains ne sont jamais très loin même si le quatuor délivre un premier album d’une fraîcheur déconcertante et libre. Le voyage comme ultime prétexte.

Une initiation à la création pour Dream Parade, installé pour l’occasion au bord de la Spree et accompagné de Robin Girod, Augustin Von Arx et Martin Bernasconi aux manettes et à la production. La ballade berlinoise entre potes. C’est en effet au Funkhaus Studio à Berlin que le groupe a enregistré ses chansons, plongé dans l’atmosphère mystique de cet ancien QG de diffusion radiophonique de la RDA. L’album fut enregistré live en à peine quelques jours. Réka Csiszer (Bitter Moon), et Cédric Rolland (La Bande à Joe) viennent même affiner certains titres. Scott Montoya (Ex-Growlers) est au mixage, Mick Boggis au mastering. Calé confortablement dans des starting blocks de velours, Dream Parade se prépare au grand frisson, sûr de cet album et de son énergie.

Initiation to creation for Dream Parade, established on the banks of the Spree for the occasion, with Robin Girod, Augustin Von Arx and Martin Bernasconi as the recording and production team. A Berlin stroll among friends... indeed as they recorded their songs at Funkhaus Studio in Berlin, deep into the mythical atmosphere of that ancient RDA broadcasting headquarter. The album was recorded live in a few days only. Réka Csiszer (Bitter Moon), and Cédric Rolland (La Bande à Joe) even came to help fine-tuned some of the tracks. Scott Montoya (Ex-Growlers) is the mixing engineer, Mick Boggis is the mastering engineer. Comfortably wedged in velvet like starting blocks, Dream Parade is preparing themselves for the big thrill, confident in their album and their energy.
